However, because we’re a small family business, sometimes we have meetings and have to close the office. Please ensure you enquir us, if you’d like to speak about organising a Japan travel package for you and your family, or your school or group.

We’re generally not open on public holidays. For any special opening/closing times, please refer to our opening times which we keep updated on Google.

If you’d like to visit us outside of our standard operating hours, please let us know. We try to be flexible and are happy to open late for any reasonable request.

Alternatively, we’re happy to chat with you over the phone or communicate with you via email if that makes it easier for you.
